12 Scenes from the Apocalypse
5. Clouds of Death
If the last one was a true scenario, mushroom clouds litter the sky after a terrorist group like ISIS gets a hold of a Nuclear weapon from Pakistan. With their shoot first ask questions style of fight, they think little about the consequences on launch it on Israel. Not knowing exactly where it came from, the US blamed Russia and sent a nuke their way, seeking revenge. Mutually assured destruction scenarios had finally became a reality and a major city is completely wiped off the map every 24 hours. While some instantly vaporize, others are not so lucky and have to suffer from radiation poisoning. Many people have now fled their homes in the big cities, after worrying their city might be the next city targeted for a nuke.
4. Global Epidemic
Mankind has tried for so long to stay out of the way of deadly pathogens, virus and other deadly diseases. But are we ready for another global epidemic? And what about the complete panic among the citizens in the countries who were being affected by this? In this scenario borders would close down, hoping the virus wouldn’t spread. Airports would be in complete chaos with sick people trying board planes but turned down. The government decides it’s best to just close all airports and they become abandoned, like you see in this photo. We all remember how frightened people were when they heard out about Sars, Zika, Ebola, Swine Flu, and Mad Cow disease. Ebola was only considered to be an outbreak. Hospitals would be overcrowded and unprepared to handle the large amount of sick people with unknown illness. The pathogens eventually spread from the patients to the peo ple who were supposed to treat them. The government resorts to massive quarantined until they all manage to break loose. As scientists are trying their best to find a cure, it’s already too late. The apocalypse is already there.
3. Zombies Have Arrived
Medical advances for the most part have kept the our population from turning into complete zombies but when the virus kept spreading out of control that’s when apocalypses start happening. The streets will be flooded with them once the quarantines are struggling to keep up with the growing demand. Major countries are now in a battle for resources and the only ones left were the civilians who had properly prepared for the end of days. Once the pathogens have affected the brain, they lose all emotions, like empathy and love and humans return to their primal ways, scavenging for food and killing whenever they can. Fighter jets liter the skies, launching missiles at the people who at one point in time, pledged their allegiance.
2. Robot Takeover Aftermath
It’s year 2040 in this scenario. All jobs have been lost to robots. Robot technologically has become so advanced that maybe even a robot has been elected as president that you thought might have been a human. The humans who still have jobs are extremely overworked and are beginning to lose hope. The robots have we continue to advance our technology even further, the robots we once thought were fun, technological objects that intrigued scientists have turned completely against us. With people beginning to protest the use of robots, other scientists who want to protect their investments with their creations, program the robots to protect themselves when feeling in danger. The only problem was, the robots always felt threatened. A path of destruction was left in a matter of a few months and the world is now controlled by robots.
1.Super Volcano Aftermath
The Yellowstone Supervolcano has finally exploded after. The flowing lava would be the least of our concerns. Scientists predict that the ash would lead to at least temporary destruction of our agriculture in the Midwest. Rivers and streams would become clogged by gray sludge. Imagine coming outside and barely being able to breath any oxygen whatsoever as sulfur dioxide takes over the skies. The result of these gases in our atmosphere would result in an unpredictable climate shift. These leads to famines, bizarre rainfall patterns, and thick ash falling from the sky. Global temperature summit due to the ash blocking sunlight. Cars on crowded streets are losing control on the slick streets from the ash and transportation has become extremely difficult. Planes fall from the sky since they cannot travel through volcanic ash. The fine ash is thinner than the finest grain of sand yet as strong as iron, and seeping into our lungs. If the Yellowstone Super Volcano explodes again, billions of metric tons of ashe will be spewed into the atmosphere, causing at least a century of volcanic storms. Is there any possible way to prepare for us to survive?
